Persons Subject to Mandatory Test Orders

Persons subject to a COVID mandatory test order within the last 14 days may not attend the spa and salon unless a negative test result has been received.

For the convenience of our clients, we list below those persons most recently subject to a mandatory test order.

Following is a list of persons currently subject to Compulsory Testing Orders pursuant to Prevention and Control of Disease (Compulsory Testing for Certain Persons) Regulation (Chapter 599, sub. Leg. J)

​

  • any person who had been present at The Centrium, 60 Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong in any capacity (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors) at any time during the period from 29 March to 18 April 2021; 

  • any person who had been present on the following premises in any capacity (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors) at any time on 11 April 2021:— 

    • Wellcome, Basement, 45–53 Austin Road, Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon, Hong Kong; 

    • Harbour City (only the shopping mall is included), 3–27 Canton Road, Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon, Hong Kong; 

  • any person who had been present on the following premises in any capacity (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors) for more than 2 hours at any time during the period from 4 April to 17 April 2021:— 

    • Hong Kong Human Resources Limited, 9/F, Yuen Long Trade Centre, 99–109 Castle Peak Road-Yuen Long, Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong; 

    • Chocoolate, Shops 2219, 2221, 2229 & 2231, 2/F, Tuen Mun Town Plaza Phase 1, 1 Tuen Shing Street/1 Tuen Shun Street, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong; 

  • any person who had been present at The Corner—Muay Thai & Fitness, Unit 2005, 20/F, Prosperity Place, 6 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 4 April to 17 April 2021; 

  • any person who had been present at Hung Lok Seafood Restaurant, G/F, 13B Pak She Praya Road, Cheung Chau, New Territories, Hong Kong in any capacity (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors) at any time on 14 April 2021; 

  • any person who had been present on the following premises in any capacity (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors) at any time on 9 April 2021:— 

    • HSBC, Basement, G/F, 1/F, 2/F & 4/F, HSBC Building Tsim Sha Tsui, 82–84 Nathan Road, Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon, Hong Kong; 

    • Standard Chartered Bank, Basement, Shop B1 on G/F & M/F, Golden Crown Court, 66–70 Nathan Road, Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon, Hong Kong; 

  • any person who had been present on the following premises in any capacity (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff, passengers and visitors) at any time on 14 April 2021:— 

    • Central Pier No. 5, Central, Hong Kong; 

    • Cheung Chau Ferry Pier, New Territories, Hong Kong; 

  • any lodger who had checked out from Ramada Hong Kong Grand, 23 Austin Avenue, Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon, Hong Kong at any time during the period from 9 April to 17 April 2021; 

  • any person who had taken any of the ferries running on the route between Central and Cheung Chau operated by Sun Ferry Services Company Limited in any capacity (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff, passengers and visitors) on 14 April 2021; 

  • any person who had been present at Colorich Enterprise Limited, Block B, 8/F, Edwick Industrial Centre, 4–30 Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong in any capacity (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors) for more than 2 hours at any time during the period from 3 April to 16 April 2021; 

  • any person who had been present on the following premises in any capacity (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors) for more than 2 hours at any time during the period from 2 April to 15 April 2021:— 

    • Cheong Shing Property Company Limited, Shop A5, G/F, Parkvale, 1060 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong; 

    • Quality Healthcare Medical Services Limited, 3/F, Skyline Tower, 39 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong; 

  • any person who had been present at SMC Automation (Hong Kong) Limited, 29/F, Clifford Centre, 778–784 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong in any capacity (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors) for more than 2 hours at any time during the period from 31 March to 13 April 2021;
