Our standard mixing guidelines are generous. Occasionally, however, your service may require supplementing with additional solution or color. While your stylist will assess your hair at the start of the service to advise you of any anticipated need for additional product, please note that due to the unique nuances of hair, the exact amount required may not be fully evident until the service is underway. In this case, your stylist will inform you immediately if an extra solution is required. This fee is determined by the specific treatment solution/colour and typically ranges between $200 and $700.

Late policy: We value the time reserved for your appointment, which allows us to provide you with a meticulous and complete service.

If you anticipate being late, please call to let us know. While we will make every effort to accommodate you and complete your full service, please note that if you are delayed by 15 minutes or more, we may not be able to perform the full range of services you booked due to the time restrictions of our schedule.

In fairness to our stylists and other guests, the full charge for the services and time originally reserved will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality.

Blowdry policy: Ensuring the stunning result of your color service is our final and most crucial step! To ensure the quality and alignment with your consultation goals, we require a full drying of your hair at the conclusion of every color appointment. This process is essential for your stylist to confirm the final tone and dimension and to ensure our quality control standards are met. Please be aware that blast dry/rough dry is considered part of this critical finishing stage and will be reflected in your service charge. We believe this final step is non-negotiable for delivering the beautiful, expected outcome.

Out Jobs: For services that require our staff to travel out of the salon, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please note that a 25% surcharge will be applied to the final price to cover the time out of the salon. In addition, all fares for taxis or Ubers taken by the staff member(s) to and from the location will be charged separately and in addition to the cost of the service.
